AI-WISE Act

Advancing AI Literacy in Schools & Communities

Where, in human history, does an AI-WISE Community Program fall into place?

Era 1

The Agricultural Age

For thousands of years, land was the engine of survival. Communities organized around farming, seasons, and local trade. Work was physical, knowledge was local, and the guild was the original structure of shared craft and commerce.

Era 2

The Industrial Age — 1870 to 2026

The corporation became the dominant economic unit. Legislation — healthcare, taxes, retirement — was built around the employer-employee relationship. A job meant survival, dignity, and citizenship. That era lasted 150 years.

Era 3 — Now

The AI Age

Artificial intelligence is accelerating the elimination of jobs at a pace no policy framework was designed to absorb. The Industrial era is closing. A new economic structure is required — and the Guild is the answer.

The shift is not theoretical. 690,000 jobs were lost to AI realignments between October 2025 and April 2026 alone. Leaders from Citi, Tesla, Microsoft, and the Gates Foundation agree: we are entering an era where traditional labor is becoming optional for corporations optimizing for shareholder return. The question is no longer whether AI will reshape the economy — it is whether everyday workers and communities will have the tools to navigate it.
IMF — World Economic Forum, Davos 2026
"Approximately 1 billion people worldwide will need to retool their skills as artificial intelligence reshapes labor markets across every sector and every nation."
International Monetary Fund — Davos, January 2026
Fortune — Gen Z & The College Crisis, July 2025
"Gen Z is now faced with carving out a place for themselves in an economy where they are fighting for opportunity against the most advanced systems and technologies we have ever seen."

What does the IOLEBA AI-WISE Program consist of?

🎓

The School & Community Program

14 modules hosted on Google Workspace for Education — FERPA and COPPA compliant. Every 12th grade senior graduates with a working AI-powered business model, not just a diploma. The same program reaches unions, community organizations, and adult learners navigating the AI transition.

The Multiplier

Every $25 student seat includes 2 community coupons at $19.95. One grant-funded class of 300 seniors reaches 900 community members — families, neighbors, and displaced workers. Members who complete the program are invited into the Ambassador pathway, growing the Guild organically from within.

The School as Community Lighthouse

When a school adopts the AI-WISE program, it becomes more than a classroom, it becomes the AI-Wisdom provider for the entire community. The school receives 2 community coupons for every student and staff member enrolled. For example, 300 students generates 600 coupons, each valued at $19.95, ready to place in the hands of parents, neighbors, and community members. The school can then use those coupons as the foundation for an adult education course, running the same 14-module curriculum and 24 hands-on labs. The $19.95 coupon covers full IOLEBA platform access, and the school adds its own instruction and facility fees to set the final tuition. All materials are provided. The school keeps the revenue. The community gains the knowledge.

The AI Generation

The first graduating class that will spend their entire careers in the AI era.

They inherited a broken college promise and a job market reshaped by automation before they ever entered it. Schools, both high school and college, have not yet caught up. IOLEBA has. With a full 14-module curriculum, 24 hands-on labs, and an Advanced Labs program taking students into real enterprise building, IOLEBA is not preparing students for the economy that was. It is equipping them for the one that is already here.

The Assembly — Where the Guild Comes Alive

The most valuable part of IOLEBA is not the content, it is the community. The Assembly is where members interact, share, collaborate, and build together. Tribes form here. Partnerships grow here. Ambassadors emerge here. This is the Guild in its truest sense, a community of peers in a shared trade, navigating the AI era together.

Advanced Guild

IOLEBA Advanced Labs

The Labs move members beyond learning and into building. Using professional-grade tools including Pinokio and other advanced AI platforms, members run their own AI models, build automated workflows, launch digital storefronts, and grow their enterprise inside the Guild ecosystem.

Community Outreach and Adult Classes

The School Becomes the Community Hub

The AI-WISE program does not stop at graduation. Every school that adopts the program becomes a Community Lighthouse, with the tools and curriculum to extend AI education into the broader community through adult classes.

  • Community coupons — 2 issued per enrolled student and staff member, each providing full IOLEBA platform access at $19.95
  • Adult class ready — the same 14-module curriculum and 24 labs run as a school-hosted adult education course with no additional development required
  • School sets the tuition — the $19.95 coupon is the base membership cost; the school adds its own instruction and facility fees and keeps the revenue
  • All materials provided — textbooks, labs, tools, and AI platform access included for every participant

One school. One program. Three generations served, seniors, families, and community adults, all building AI literacy together.

From the Classroom to the Guild — The Natural Next Step

When a student completes the instructor-based AI-WISE program, the journey does not end, it accelerates. Graduates are invited to join the IOLEBA Guild, where they gain immediate access to the Advanced Labs, connect directly with experienced Guild entrepreneurs, and begin building their own enterprise inside a living community of commerce. The classroom gave them the knowledge. The Guild gives them the world to build it in.

Why are we doing the Community Based Program?

The Kids Already Know. The Community Has Not Been Told.

Gen Z is the first generation to graduate into an AI-shaped economy. They did not need a report to tell them the old system was broken. They lived it. They took the loans, got the degrees, and found the door locked. Meanwhile, their parents, their school boards, and their community leaders are still reading from a 150-year-old map. The tsunami is already in the water. The coastline does not know it is coming. That is why the school must become the Community Lighthouse.

What Gen Z Is Already Saying — In Their Own Words
Reddit r/GenZ — August 2024
"We were told to get a degree, we were told to study hard. The 'go to college and your life will be perfect' mentality peddled to us as kids turned out to be FAR from truth."

Reddit r/GenZ — August 2024
"The whole 'you just chose a bad major' schtick is a way to write off the societal problem of wage stagnation and underemployment as an individual's fault, rather than admitting that the economy is completely broken for anyone under 40."

Reddit r/jobs — August 2025

The Generation Gap Is the Real Crisis

The data reveals a devastating mismatch. 82% of teens report their parents support the four-year college path, while only 66% of parents support vocational routes. Parents who push for degrees did so in an era when tuition was payable through part-time work and entry-level hiring was robust. Gen Z inherits neither condition and is bearing the cost of that generational gap in economic understanding. — American Student Assistance Survey, 2025

Gen Z men with college degrees now carry the same unemployment rate as peers without degrees, a convergence not seen since tracking began. The credential that was supposed to separate them from the pack no longer does. And AI-driven displacement is accelerating the collapse of entry-level knowledge-work roles, the very jobs that historically absorbed new graduates. — Financial Times / U.S. Current Population Survey, July 2025

The older generation is not wrong to want better for their children. They are working from the only map they were ever given. The map is wrong. The territory has changed. Someone has to tell the community.

The Tsunami Is Already in the Water

690,000 jobs were lost to AI realignments between October 2025 and April 2026 alone. The IMF projects 1 billion people worldwide will need to retool. The coastline, parents, business leaders, school boards, and community organizations, does not yet see the wave. The school is the only institution trusted by every generation in a community. It is the alarm system. It is the lighthouse. And with IOLEBA, it is ready.

Who the Community Lighthouse Serves
The Students

The First AI Generation

12th grade seniors graduating into an economy with no roadmap. IOLEBA gives them the tools, the curriculum, and the Guild community to build their own future instead of waiting for a system to hand them one.

The Parents and Families

The Generation That Needs a New Map

Parents want the best for their children but are navigating with outdated information. Community coupons bring them into the same program their children completed, closing the knowledge gap at the family level where it matters most.

The Community

Business Leaders, Workers, and Neighbors

Local business owners, displaced workers, and community members who need AI literacy to stay competitive. The school-based adult program reaches them where they already trust, through the institution at the center of their community.

IOLEBA gives the school everything it needs to be the lighthouse.

The curriculum is built. The labs are ready. The platform exists. The community coupon model is in place. The school does not have to figure out AI education from scratch. IOLEBA already did that work. The school brings the trust, the relationships, and the community reach. IOLEBA brings the tools, the content, and the Guild. Together they become the most powerful AI literacy force in the community.

The kids already see the wave coming. It is time the community sees it too.

I Saw This Coming in November 2024

After more than 30 years advising small business owners, I recognized a pattern that most institutions were not yet willing to name. AI was not a future threat. It was already dismantling the economic foundation that millions of workers, families, and small business owners depended on. The shareholder-driven corporation had no incentive to protect the human worker. The numbers made that clear. Someone had to build the alternative.

Why a Guild and Not a Company

The shareholder corporation optimizes for return, not for people. That is not a criticism, it is a design fact. The Guild is the oldest known structure built to protect the artisan, the tradesperson, and the independent worker. It lasted centuries because it served the human, not the investor. IOLEBA brings that model into the AI era, giving individuals and families access to the same AI tools that corporations are using to replace them, and a community of peers building commerce together on their own terms.

November 2024

After 30 years advising small businesses, recognized the AI displacement pattern. Began research and design of the Guild model, not just academic learning, but a full community economic structure for the AI era.

April 2025

Launched IOLEBA. Built the platform, the courses, the Tool Shed, the Assembly, and the AI-WISE community program. Since launch, AI has already advanced two full levels. IOLEBA has kept pace. The modules are living documents, not static curriculum.

April 2026

Schools, legislators, and community leaders are now asking, what should we do? IOLEBA asked that question over a year ago and already has the answer built, tested, and ready to deploy for $25 per student per school year.

The Future of Work Is Not What They Told Us

Vocational careers, plumbers, electricians, lawn services, tradespeople, will continue to form a major block of the future workforce. AI cannot replace a skilled hand on a job site. But the shift coming for the factory worker of the industrial age, and for those in white collar work, will be dramatic and fast. 99% of all work is done by small businesses. The Guild exists to serve those people, not the shareholders of the corporations replacing them. IOLEBA is not anti-technology. It is pro-human. We use the same AI that is eliminating jobs to help people build their own.

The Plan Is Built. The Platform Is Live. The Cost Is $25.

While legislators debate and institutions plan, IOLEBA is already deployed. Every school that joins the AI-WISE program gets a complete, tested, instructor-ready curriculum with 14 modules, 24 labs, and full platform access. The community gets the lighthouse it needs. The students get the map the economy never gave them.
